My first Siripada journey

My first Siripada journey

Siripada was a place I was very excited to go to. I tried to go on that trip several times before, but I couldn't go. After I came to the university, I had the opportunity to go on that journey with my new friends. We left for the trip on Friday night. We boarded the train at 8pm and it started at 8.30pm.  

We didn't find seats to travel and started traveling standing.. 

After a while we felt a little tired. Going with friends made me less tired. We arrived the next morning around 7am. 

We started climbing Siripada mountain at 7.30 in the morning. As we went up, it was getting colder and raining. However, after a journey of about 6 hours we reached Siripada Maluwa.  We started our descent back. In the meantime, we had lunch... we came down and reached Hatton by bus... we arrived at Colombo Fort by train and went home with happiness and tiredness...
